Treasurers and Fundraising Report
The Treasurer’s and Fundraising Committee remains committed to upholding the principles of accountability, transparency, and responsible financial stewardship as we move forward with the Community Hall Project.
This report is divided into two key sections:
Treasurer’s Section – This section provides a detailed overview of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank statements. It reflects the current financial position of the project and ensures that all income and expenditures are accurately documented.
Fundraising Section – This section outlines the efforts and outcomes of our fundraising activities. It includes a breakdown of funds raised through events, campaigns, and donations, as well as a record of individual and group contributions that have supported the project.
Together, these sections offer a transparent view of how funds are being managed and how the community’s generous support is helping bring the Community Hall Project to life.
